The New Wheel Electric Bikes

Recently crashed on my bike commuting to work. Didn't do a lot of damage but I wanted to make sure everything was in order when I started commuting again. Had their service department do a full inspection and tune up. Got my bike back in 3 days and it was like a new bike again. Their service department is awesome and their sale people are great too, no pressure they are very easy going never pushing to buy.I recommend them to everyone.

Had my electric bike in for routine tuneup and installation of a new seat tube to dampen the bumpy Marin roads. When I got home I noticed that my front and back lights were not working. I called the shop and spoke to Jelani the manager. Much to my surprise he offered to stop by my house to checkout the problem and if necessary bring the bike back to the shop. When he examined it he found that a splice in the wires in the seat post had come apart. He was able to fix it on the spot and in addition tested my seat position and made the necessary adjustments.

I called to say I was having some problems and instead of making me wait for an appointment, they told me to come right in. Not only did Matt start looking at my bike right away, but he also included a free tuneup because I bought the bike right before the pandemic started and I was never able to bring it in within the first year for that free service. Also, he had a sweet demeanor!

I bought my ebike as the pandemic hit back in March 2020. I was going to become the essential person picking up mail in the Financial District, and I needed a plan. With public transportation at a standstill, and my 62-year-old brain and body feeling hesitant to ride from Marin to SF on my road bike on a regular basis, I took the plunge and purchased a Gazelle T-10 from the New Wheel.

A year and a half later and I couldn't be happier. I went ahead and purchased what felt like a pricey add-on with the service agreement, and I just re-upped that agreement this month. I take my bike in because I pay ahead, helping me to remember. I always receive excellent service, and what price can you put on your bike's condition? We're a team.

Riding for pleasure is such a gift, now that our offices have closed! I work from a friend's home after a ride. I run errands with my ride. My husband now has an ebike. My best friend has an ebike. We road trip with our ebikes....
