I first found Jennifer a year ago when I desperately needed help after inflicting a deep wound on myself. I had severe depression and had been treated by two other therapists and a few online therapists but to no avail. When I found Jennifer the first three sessions were really intense, we came to realize how much I was affected by my parents who also didn't know how to express their emotions healthily, and that all these emotions built up made me feel worthless and suicidal. I am so grateful for Jennifer to finally have helped me find and deal with the root to my issues, not just the symptoms.

I continued my weekly sessions with her and have made great improvements in standing up for myself, valuing myself, and coping with stressful work situations. Jennifer gives in-depth analysis of your behavior, and by breaking down how you act and what you feel, you come to realize why you're doing what you're doing. I always feel like she's really listening and thinking for me, not just trying out textbook answers. Which is very different for my past experiences with therapists. She makes me feel safe and appreciated and cared for.
