Shrimp & pork wonton chili oil (5/5) - I'm not a fan of spicy food, but I do love eating wontons in chili oil. The chili oil has to be a bit mild for me to enjoy it. Will try it again!

This place has really good quality food. It reminds me of Taiwan mom and pop places, home cooking. Delicious soup dumplings, dumplings, potstickers, beef noodle soup, and appetizers vegetables. During the pandemic, they're efficient with using the QR code to order food, even for dining in service. It's clean as well, plates and utensils are all disposable.

Bing's Dumplings is a modern, family-owned eatery serving traditional beef noddle spicy, dumplings, and cold dishes.

I come here 2-3 times week and never get tired of the affordable menu. If visiting, you must try the:

+ Beef noodle soup
+ Pork & crab soup dumplings
+ Pork & shrimp wontons
+ Cucumber salad
+ For an extra kick of flavor, add the housemade chili oil!

Every time I come from Houston to visit family. I always make sure to stop here for a bowl of Wonton soup. By far the best dim sum in all of the bay area. Awesome food! Highly Recommend!
