Before choosing a real estate partner, I spoke with several realtors and actually met with three; one of which was Lana who came highly recommended to me from a friend. I was especially interested in how the firms promoted their listing and if the firm had an in-depth working knowledge of the marketplace.

Making my decision ended up being quite easy after meeting with the three firms...it was the Re/Max team of Lana and Jeffrey. They came
across as putting a terrific amount of work and energy into their listings and being nice people that I could trust.

Throughout the process of selling my condo, their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic (even through a pandemic)
were great. It was a pleasure to work with them and would recommend them highly.

We found Remax on the Beach by searching for 'best realtors in Hollywood area' and boy did we strike gold! After buying and selling multiple properties, Lana is by far the most knowledgeable agent we've worked with. Whether we had questions on terms of contracts, the 1031 exchange or just the Hollywood area, she was on top of it! Lana is a busy, full-time agent who makes you feel like you are her only client. We worked with her for about nine months but it seems like we've known her for years.

I purchased a beachfront condo from Lana in January 2018. Prior to meeting her I had worked with different agents in the area. Lana was truly easy to work with as she had a easy way about her, and listened quite well to my specific needs.
