La Cocina de El Sereno

La cosina has always satisfied my wants in all they cook,,, iv known them since 1988 the cosina started at the mercadito in east Los Angeles so yes I give them 5 full stars

They serve great food at a decent price, it's not that cheap but also not that expensive. you do have to wait a bit for your food to be made if there is a long line of customers but it's not a long wait time vs other restaurants I have been to that make Mexican food. parking is available right next to the restaurant from their own private parking lot to free street parking with out a meter! I've been to places where you have to pay for parking just about everywhere in the city just to be able to get some lunch. They accept cash, debit and credit cards, visa Master card etc. They have some of the BEST Aguas Frescas, I love their mixed fruit one and the pineapple water. I highly recommend this place to you if you are ever in the El Sereno area. I live in Highland Park and come here just to grab some lunch.

I ordered Chilaquiles Verdes with eggs. I liked the sauce very much. I just wished there had been a little more chips.

DAMMMNNN IT !!! THE GORDITAS HERE ARE THE BEST !!! So delicious, lots of taste...the real deal. Definitely worth the 40 min drive.

Just amazing and great place for dine in and out. Love there food and the people there are amazing and funny. A must go for really
