Having been a business owner and senior executive with several large international organizations, professionalism and high level customer service has always been the key attributes I look for in any organization that I work with. I have to rate Highmark across the board as the most professional and client focused organization I have ever seen in my 50+ years in business. Every one of the dozen or so employees and contractors that we worked with from Highmark have gone above and beyond my wife's and my expectations on our project. They were always highly reactive, flexible, professional and skilled as they reconstructed vast parts of our home damaged by a major sewer backup. As I was filing a claim with my insurer, and they were still on the phone, the doorbell rang with a Highmark principal, quickly followed an hour later by a 5 person demolition crew that began the project. Every night, the work area was cleaned, and Lee and Eric (fuz) two of their managers were continually checking with us as the project progressed to insure our satisfaction. Their whole team became almost part of our family, with personable, respectful and highly professional people at every level. I would unequivocally recommend Highmark for any construction or reconstruction project of any size, They are the best..

Alan Linder went above and beyond for us. Our insurance company was being difficult and Alan stepped in and met with the second adjuster and within a week of meeting with the second adjuster I not only had the claim approved but my new beautiful roof was completed the same week and the crew was here at 7am and gone by 3pm! The roof is stunning, Alan was here overseeing the replacement and the crew was fantastic. Cleaned up like they were never even here. We will be calling Alan in the spring for our siding project.

We worked with Alan Lindner at Highmark on work related to hail storm. It was a large project with roof, windows, siding etc. Al was very organized and kept all the contractors on schedule. Our house looks great. We highly recommend Al & Highmark!
