We worked with SafeSide Insurance for the number of our real estate purchases in FL. They were quick to respond to the bids requested, worked directly with our lender for any necessary information, prepared all docs in advance but charged the credit card only once the closing was completed. Their pricing is very competitive. They provide wide range of coverage required by the lenders for FL properties.
Very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
