One of the best companies to rent from. They showed excellent customer service and professionalism. They were very responsive to my questions and really made the entire process simple! You could tell the employees really love and care about their job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent!

Short term management properties has managed our building for the last two years and they have done a wonderful job. Any time I've needed a repair, they have responded promptly and with consideration of my schedule. They're not intrusive, but can always be depended on to be there when needed. Overall very pleased with my experience with these folks. Extremely responsive to our initial inquiries, and signing the actual lease was very seamless and managed via a pretty updated online system. Move in also as seamless as possible. Our first maintenance request from an issue we detected shortly after moving in was addressed by a technician in less than 24 hours,very impressive. Will update this review if anything changes, but so far this has already been my favorite landlord in Las Vegas.

I was recently looking for a new home a few months ago and I was referred to STI through a friend. After visiting their website, I found the perfect place! The turn around time for application/approval process, to tour the apartment, communication with management and signing of lease documents was done in a timely manner. My move-in transition was very smooth and I had no issues whatsoever. Also, their process in paying rent, submitting service requests and the online portal is very user friendly! I can access it through my phone or laptop with no issues. So far my son and I have been happy at our new apartment, I recommend Short term management to anyone!!

The team takes great care of my property as well as taking care of the tenants concerns.
