I had a wonderful new car buying experience yesterday with Wilson Sanchez at the Audi Lynbrook location. Wilson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made my overall new car purchase that much more special for me. From the moment he introduced himself till the time I drove off the lot with my new Audi Q5, he made my overall buying experience fun and memorable. Wilson was attentive to my needs and answered every question with precise details, he was never pushy or aggressive and that made my overall car buying experience that much more enjoyable. Wilson made sure that every detail was covered from the extensive overview of the car in showroom then again during our test drive, till the numerous questions we had during the paperwork signing. He gave my husband and I a tutorial on every detail in the car itself and not only explained but showed us how everything worked with great detail in the actual car I had just purchased. Wilson went above and beyond in every aspect of my new car buying experience and it meant a lot to me at how passionate he was not to make a sale but to make sure I got the right car I wanted. Let me start of by saying that the sales representative that attended me exceeded my expectations. His name is Wilson and he will answer any and all questions as he is very well informed on the Audi brand. Very professional, courteous, and upstanding guy. Writing this review to commend Alexander on his exemplary service for helping my husband and I, with his Q7 purchase. Him and Alexander talk to each other on a weekly basis after only now getting to know each other. However my husband forgot to mention that Wilson was also a big help in the purchase. I truly feel that both of them were the same level of expertise and understanding through out the entire process. I recommend this particular branch for anyone who wants amazing service.
