The Overlook

My husband and I were recently married at The Overlook and our entire experience could not have been better. My mother and sister planned the wedding and were treated extremely well by everyone there as they arranged the event. Clarissa was very helpful, accessible, and communicative. The atmosphere was elegant, the food was delicious, and all staff were so helpful, warm, and kind! We loved everything so much that we returned to the restaurant 4 days later for my mother's birthday! We look forward to having many more meals and special events at The Overlook!

Wow! This understated restaurant located between the Twin Lakes is a gem. The view is so beautiful and the ambiance so quaint. The service is next to none. The bartender, Alyssa, is AMAZING!!! If you enjoy seafood, I highly recommend the Walleye. I wish that I could dine here every night. I love this place.

I have been here twice recently for events and not only is the space beautiful and historic but the staff really pulls out all of the stops and provides excellent and friendly service. None of this even brings to mention the excellent mouth watering food or BEAUTIFUL lake side view.
If you are holding an event or reception in the Kent area 10 out of 10 would recommend you look into The Overlook! I hope to be back soon!
