We’re exceptionally happy with the level of service, professionalism and value provided by Trident. This was my first time finding them, for a slab leak, because many other plumbers turned down the job which involved tearing open drywall. Devin carefully listened to my concerns and immediately found the problem and worked within our preferences to minimize repair work later on. This company unlike many others quoted us for an entire repair start to finish, rather than leaving us guessing with an hourly rate. I can’t say enough about their experience and knowledge, and we’ll definitely call them for our next plumbing issue.

We have been wanting a whole home water system for years and finally decided to get one. We contacted Trident 🔱 from a recommendation and Jared was very helpful in explaining the process and the difference in systems. Trident was very affordable and because of that and the fact that I’m picky with my drinking water taste we decided to do both the whole home and RO system and we couldn’t be happier. George and Jared came out for the install and we’re very professional, timely, and kept everything nice and clean. If you are needing any plumbing services I highly recommend Trident Plumbing.

Trident Plumbing was wonderful from the moment I called to schedule to completion of work. Their office staff is friendly, upbeat and eager to help! I scheduled to have a water softener installed and other various items around my home repaired. I received text notifications of my appointment time and also received a call to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician was on time, clean cut, respectful and very knowledgeable. My softener was installed and repairs around the house completed in a timely manner and most importantly completed correctly. I also felt that pricing was very reasonable! I am always happy to support local, veteran owned companies and Trident has earned a lifetime customer from me! Thank you all!

Really great service from their customer service rep while booking apt to the reminder as a follow-to the text of upcoming apt. Devin our tech was awesome, very professional and help assisted in every way possible considering the situation we were facing.Even got to meet Jared the owner which says allot about a business, knowing he was not afraid to get his hands dirty and stayed until the job was finished. Hands down one of the best companies I’ve had to deal with. Definitely will be using these team going forward and will refer to anyone needing work completed with the best customer service one can ask for.

Devin and Andrew arrived promptly and were very professional with their assessment and quotes for both jobs. They were considerate and wore masks as well as wiped their feet before entering our home.
