My Y’s tire had a leak cause of a nail. We took the car in on a long weekend Saturday at 3 PM. The team warned us that they were very backed up and may not be able to get to the car that day; but we needed the car on Sunday (the location was closed for Easter on Sunday), so they went above and beyond to repair the tire that day.The front staff is very welcoming. We come to this location many times - and each time the experience is better than the last. A fantastic team here!

My starter went bad ironically in the parking lot of Firestone. I was so stressed out. Amon provided assistance! At first I thought it was a battery issue. Amon did the test 3 mins before closing. I was freaking out and I’m dire need. Amon reassured me everything would be okay. I was in needed of a ride and Amon provided me a ride. I have never been treated so kindly by an individual. I would highly give him a raise, bonus and recognized for being a Good Samaritan. Also, he knows his car stuff! He let me know it most likely is the starter and BAM I brought it into the dealership and ThTs what it was the starter.

Just had Lynx come by and replace my windshield. From the first call getting a quote to the installation, the entire crew was so professional and efficient. They had availability so I was able to get my new windshield in no time!

Great job! I got new windshield installed in my RV. The tech was great! Very professional and courteous. Definitely have more jobs in future! Secretary was new I think but tried very hard to do good job. Thanks guys!

Been here several times and perhaps twice it's been a pleasant experience. The other times they've been rude and arrogant. Sadly I keep using them because of the convenience, but wouldn't recommend.

EDIT:
Just used this place again this morning (August 2017). Changing from a two to four stars. Different employees working and a completely different experience. Very courteous and polite, and extremely quick. Quite impressed.
