Miami Nautique (Boats)

Boat a GS20 from Miguel at Miami Nautique from long distance (2000 miles away) and had it shipped to the Caribbean. He and his team made it a great experience. Between phone calls, emails and one visit to Miami, I could not have asked for a better experience .Very professional, honest, and took all the time I needed prior to and during my purchase. But most importantly, after my deal had been long completed and had been using the boat, both Miguel and Ken the service manager, have helped me navigate whatever issues may have arisen( which were mostly due to my inexperience) and have continued with amazing customer service. I don’t even know how I would have been able to do what has been done to date, without them and their team back in Miami. If considering a boat purchase of an Air Nautique, I would not even consider any other dealer as you will not find a better customer friendly team anywhere who has definitely continued to be there for me well after my purchase . I have even FaceTimed on how to do things with them from thousands of miles away! Do not hesitate to use any of their services . There is a reason why Miguel ,Ken, and their team are so successful!!
