I have lived here for 10 years.Gail and the staff are wonderful. They keep the grounds clean and attractive. All you have do is call and they fix problems immediately. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

Very professional, I told them I didn't want to haggle, I wanted the best deal they could offer me and I would make my decision. Told them the car I wanted, they wrote up a deal, showed it to me and I was happy with it. I am now waiting on delivery of my new car. Great experience from parking lot to out the door. Thank you Jr. And Jose for the experience.

I've lived here for about 7 months, and it's been amazing. The fact that it's a gated community makes it very safe. Allentown has a very friendly environment, people like to walk around at night, and are able to because of how safe it is, and even though it's night time the streets are very bright from all the street lights, unlike my old neighborhood. The manager and everyone in the office are so friendly, and attentive. Allentown is definitely a place I can call home, and can see myself raising a family here in future.

I only been here a few weeks and I love it. Ms. Gail and her staff are super nice and helpful with all my questions. Maintenance crew come fast and fix any problem. Maintenance are super friendly. Most definitely will recommend moving here.

I love staying here. It’s clean and it’s safe. Office staff are serious about making sure the property is managed well and what few maintenance issues I’ve had they were swiftly fixed. It’s still close enough to essential shopping and you get the country living vibe. You can’t go wrong living here if you take care of your business and property.
