Good morning, I am a prospect looking to possibly lease with this property. I say possibly, but I am 100% sold and excited after my recent appointment. I have a dear friend who lives here and she referred me to speak with Brie. After speaking with Brie she has completely thrilled me. She was so knowledgeable on the location and all of it's surroundings, which was so helpful for me being new to Plano. She took into considerations the concerns and needs I had, and was able to find the best unit for me and my family. She truly CARED on finding the best home for me and I could instantly feel this throughout our tour and meeting. This property is absolutely beautiful, and she was able to point out all factors which made me fall in love. I have lived in 4 different apartments in the past 10 years. I have never spoke with someone so kind, knowledgeable, and determined to help me find what best fits my families needs. I cannot recommend this place enough! I will say if you are apartment searching and this is one of your possible properties, make sure to request Brie. She will turn your "possible properties" into signing up that day.

Nice apartment complex. Rent on lower side in neighborhood. Pet friendly. Only if elevator was there, but I understand it's not economical with such spread of buildings.

Very safe and respectful community to live in! The management and office teams has had a lot on their plates to deal with and I believe they are doing a great job. I will recommend these apartment homes to anyone moving to the area.

(BTW the parking is consistently convenient 🙏🏼)
