Dance Factory Fitness

I love this place. If you’re wanting a great workout, something different, and an environment where you can be yourself no matter skill set, etc., this is it! Definitely recommend.

Dance Factory Fitness "Werk from Home" has literally kept me sane during the stay at home craze! Its also been the most fun I have had in a workout in years AND I am in the best shape since 2 kids. Being able to do this at home has saved me and I CANT wait to see what Jess has in store from her new place for "Werk From Home"!!!

So much fun! :) You will feel amazing after your class with Jess! Her infectious energy is amazing and unlike any workout class you may have taken. She will make you sweat and also have fun dancing while doing it. You do not need to be a dancer to take the class; it is cardio based and will be a workout class you won’t forget. Thanks Jess for being you and amazing! :)

Every time I workout with Jess, I never feel like I am working out! The atmosphere is so much fun, the class is invigorating, and the music is always great! Give it a try, you won't regret it!

The fitness scene in Cincy is pretty overwhelming. There are so many options to choose from. But fitness does not have to be overwhelming of boring. Jess creates this insane energy in every class she teaches. If you are in a good mood, your mood will get even better. If you are in a bad day, it will be turned around. Seriously, her energy is contagious.

Also, if the word "dance: is scaring you off. You do not have to learn routines, you do not have to be a dancer. These classes are made for everyone. The music is professionally mixed, and Jess gives clear instructions the entire class. Yo will get the hang of it by the second round of your first class!
