Vons Pharmacy

I want to thank the staff at this pharmacy for helping me get my husbands 2nd Moderna shot. It was impossible to find and finally they got it, before his deadline was up, Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Thank you all again!

I came here last weekend to get a flu shot. Never really done it at a retail pharmacy, but it said the shot would be free with most insurance plans. My wife and I, both had different plans and we were both approved for a free shot. The process was very easy. They also saod that if the insurance doesnt qualify, then the shot would have been $32.
After the shot, we were each given a 10% off coupon for Vons purchases. We then used it to buy groceries.

I believe that Greg and his team do a great job serving their customers. The place is busy and yes the pharmacy staff hustles, and keeps their customer service level high. I’ve used them for years, and they always go the extra mile with dr offices, insurance and their mutual customers. They are stakeholders who attempt to strike that balance of service and value I look for them n my pharmacy choices. Do they always have the best pricing, probably not. For me that is far surpassed by their level of customer service.

Covid 19 update. We all rely on our pharmacy maybe more now then ever. The team here continues to do a great job. We are 6 months in as of this writing it’s August 2020 now and wanted to update my post. These frontline workers have stayed healthy themselves and work hard to keep us that way too. Just wanted to take a minute and recognize Greg and his staff for the added stress they endure and thank them for their professionalism and help.

It's nice to have a pharmacy in your grocery store, so you can avoid a stop on your errand run!
