Irene of State Farm at Kevin Malloy's office called to offer quotes on several existing policies that I had with another company. It was not just a one and done call, I spoke with her a couple of times. Her customer service, patience and demeanor is outstanding. After running the math though, with the policy quotes being very similar for coverage and cost (pros and cons on BOTH sides/ companies) I opted to stay with my current insurance company. Should anything change in the future or I'm looking for a new insurance company or to compare quotes again, Irene will most certainly be my first call.

Everyone at Kevin Molloy's office is phenomenal, especially Tracy. They have been so good to us especially recently with my husband getting into a car accident. They are so quick and receptive and answer any/all questions I have.
