I've been working out for a long time but there is no workout I have ever taken before that matches the intensity and power of the East West Chi Camp workout. The 7 deep breaths, the meditative stretching, and the inspirational message that end each workout combine to make this workout not merely physical but spiritual as well. You leave feeling a sense of calm and strength.
