The ticket booth was broken. Had to drive around to find a ranger and asked how to pay. There were no people so nice and quiet. Some areas are still closed.

Killer trails for running. Did the 10k off trail race and loved it! Very nice view and lots of space. Parking is 5 bucks and you can pay with a card which is very convenient. Middle of nowhere so brings plenty of water and snacks.

Great start to the new year. Horse poker run first time for my 8 year old on a trail ride she and her pony did awesome.

The lake itself was not to impressive. Water was low. It gets 5 stars because in 25 years of camping and outoorsmanship I have never. Ever. Seen bathrooms this clean at a lake/camp site. Every one I entered (3 total) were in perdect condition. Spotless, no graffiti and no terrible smell usually encountered at such places. I'm writing from one rihht now. Bathrooms 10/10.

Can shoot out here in certain areas as well.
