Inland Valley Medical Center : Emergency Room

Thank you for saving my life.

Some of the staff needs sensitivity training, yes I understand the patients are hard to deal with alot of the time but if someone is injured they need to make sure they don't cause pain to patients, bed transfers are barely tolerable and wheeling a dead body through hospital without care that patients would be able to see this is intolerable, in my thoughts they should have either informed anyone that may be able to see or just closed curtains...I was really traumatized by seeing the person dead passing by... may God rest their soul

I’ve always had a great experiences here (hard to use great experience when you’re taking about being with someone in an emergency situation or yourself...but hopefully it makes sense). The health professionals have been nice and very professional. I’ve never had an experience with extensive waiting or treated like we were just a number. I love our local hospital and proud and feel very fortunate to have this hospital near by. They are prompt, professional, and knowledgeable and treat they’re patience with great care.

I wish I knew their names, but I want to thank all 3 doctors that helped me. The beautiful pregnant blonde doctor and the 2 gorgeous amazing dark-haired female doctors. I absolutely owe you the world, thank you for helping me! I was low on potassium and had severe anxiety, I had no idea what was wrong with me. Had terrible muscle spasms and shakes and these 3 ladies came to my rescue. You all are an inspiration to a girl like me! I will take care of myself better from now on. God bless you. And thanks to the male doctor who took my blood too, and the man who checked me in everyone was professional, kind, calm, and acted quickly. I couldn't be more thankful, I thought I was going to die. Thanks a million Inland Valley Medical Center ER!!!
