I love coming to Kailani! Lisette and Jenni are so kind, warm and inviting. They are excellent at listening and creating a calming environment. I’ve had a facial and several massages- all are so wonderful. I’m also impressed with the value received with having a membership.

I had my third massage with Jenni Downing this morning, and I feel fabulous. She is absolutely amazing. She listens to my needs and tailors my massage accordingly. She is always concerned about my comfort level and uses the precise pressure I want or need. The atmosphere is extremely relaxing in itself. Lisette and Jen are both professionals and give excellent service. I would recommend either of them for a massage. Lisette also gives great facials.
