North Beach Cleaner

I had a very tough stain that required several attempts to get the pants clean. I was very happy to find they were able to make them good as new! Very polite staff and friendly. I highly recommend.

Well, goodness, some folks on Google Reviews have had bad experiences here. In the course of my lifetime using dry cleaners all over the US, rarely have I had a perfect experience 100% of the time. It is too bad the people who run North Beach Cleaners aren't responding to the negative reviews and telling their side of the story ... because there is ALWAYS another side to every story. None of us are perfect, either. Anyway, my experience at North Beach Cleaners has been nothing but positive. From the professionally friendly manner I have been received upon entering the store, to the same-day turnaround time (in before 9, out by 5), to their honest responses to specific questions I have asked IN ADVANCE about stains. (You know, if you bring stains to the attention of a cleaner as you drop off your clothes, they are more than willing to discuss the prognosis with you.) Since moving to Heritage Addition a year ago, and after trying a couple of other dry cleaners whose shops were higher rated but less conveniently located for my purposes, I have been using North Beach Cleaners now for most of the time I have lived in the neighborhood. And I will continue to use them for my dress shirts, suits, pants, and jackets. Why? Well, they do as good a job as any other dry cleaners I ever used, their prices are highly competitive, they have worked hard to learn my name (and now greet me by name when I enter the store), and they are very conveniently located relative to my home. I can't ask for much more than that from a local neighborhood dry cleaner.
