I Have been Training here for a couple months now and it has been a great fitness experience! The studio is always in top notch condition and very clean. There is never over crowding and my experience has been tailored to my fitness goals. This is a great place to begin or continue a heathy lifestyle!

What a great Fitness experience! I recently had a 30 minute one-on-one personal training session with Emily at Fit Studio and it was outstanding! The studio itself is amazing- it is very clean and organized and has top-notch fitness equipment. Emily was very thorough in her session with me. She really helped me with my form, she gave me great advice, and I feel more confident and encouraged to continue in my strength training and exercise plan. I highly recommend Fit Studio and Emily and staff for your fitness needs. You will not be disappointed.
