I received a quote from 2 different vendors to replace a leaking water heater. I first called the sticker of the vendor that installed my unit in 2017 and they came out and quoted me $2800 to replace the unit. I then called Nick at Desert Water Plumbing who was referred by a friend and after sending him a picture of the sticker on my leaking water heater, he called me back and said it was under warranty and could do it for a significantly less expensive price. I called the first vendor to let them know I was going with a different vendor and they started to negotiate with me a lower price... I went with Nick at Desert water. No price haggling. Best price the first time. And while he was replacing my unit I was talking to him about my water softener and he immediately just pointed to show me that there was a high likelihood that the calcium buildup that he was pointing too was the culprit of the failed water heater. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, simply giving me information. I booked him to come back Monday to replace my water softener. Overall, extremely pleased! I would highly recommend him and his company. So many companies are price gouging right now... It's nice to go with a company thats doing the right thing.

I was referred by a friend and Nick was amazing and quick! I called with a non-emergency leak under my sink. He was able to assess the issue quickly and schedule repair the very next day. Nick cleaned up after himself and was in and out quickly! I will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Nick and Brad are top notch! Reached out to Nick on a Tuesday with a master shower issue he came out the same day provided an estimate, and scheduled Brad for Thursday. Brad showed up early (yes early) and completed the job within two hours, kept the area very clean as well.
