I started at FitMom in 2016 with my second baby. Andrea truly will meet you where you are at. I was always nervous about going anywhere in public because my babies tend to be demanding and loud and I didn't want to be the source of disruption. Not only did I immediately feel welcome but Andrea frequently stepped in to assist and entertain my baby so I could participate. A few years and another baby and a global pandemic later I have continued with online virtual exercise. I've developed some health issues that make it difficult to commit to events in advance and it can be very isolating at times, especially during the colder months. I can't quite describe it but Andrea has a way to keep you both motivated and accountable. At different times my children have participated and enjoy themselves. Highly recommend, I have been able to meet and exceed fitness goals that I genuinely don't think would have been possible without Andrea cheering me on from the sidelines. :)

I am so happy I decided to join fit mom! Not only are the classes fun and engaging but it gives a real sense of community and support for new moms! Andrea is so knowledgeable and her positive energy is infectious. Would definitely recommend to any mom!

These classes are INCREDIBLE! I just had my first baby and have been taking Andreas classes for 2 months now. I have noticed a huge transformation to my mental and physical health :) my core and body feels strong! And I love the social aspect of meeting other moms in same stage of life as me. Her classes are fun but a great workout. I am so glad I found fit mom! :)

Joining fitmom was the best decisions I made for myself after having two children in less than two years. I was welcomed into a community of moms and their young children. Fitmom is a place to feel comfortable and welcomed. Andrea is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. She is aware of the female body and an expert in all thing postpartum. With her guidance, I have gained confidence and strength in my body. I would highly recommend Fitmom to any expectant mother or new mom, you will not be disappointed.

Fitmom has become an amazing part of my daily routine while on maternity leave. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to best practices for exercise post-partum and is there to support you on your fitness journey. The virtual classes are short (30/45 minutes) which makes them easy to squeeze in between baby naps. Better yet, almost all of the classes are suitable for baby wearing. While I've only attended virtual classes, it feels great to be a part of the Fitmom community and I'm looking forward to attending classes in person one day. The virtual coffee chats have provided really great insight on parenting and have been nice to join as another way to connect. So glad I found Fitmom Niagara!
