I participated in my first ever duathlon and had a great experience. The course was well marked and all the support staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you Total Body Fitness for putting on an awesome event

I have had the pleasure of being part of the TBF family for over 3 years. The guys, Bill and Mark, have put together an amazing organization for training and racing triathlon. If you are a newbie or seasoned triathlete, you won't be disappointed by training with or attending a TBF event.

This is an awesome organization. They make everyone feel like a star no matter if you are an expert racer or if it’s your first race. They also train athletes in various disciplines so they can improve. They also give back to their volunteers too.

TBF has always put on great events. Gives me a good excuse to put down the beer, get off the sofa, and get moving. Events are well organized. Bill and Mark are two of the nicest guys around. Will be racing with them until this body tells me to quit..
