Closet Factory

My first great impression of Closet Factory was with designer Carrie in October 2021, COVID- related backorder issues meant I got my lovely product completed last week of January 2022 and worth the wait! I needed a Reach-in closet for a small space in my bedroom. She immediately understood my needs and walked me very patiently through the design to my satisfaction. Susan was my scheduler, she was excellent with working with me for a preferred date, and then came John my installer who did a fantastic job! Right after the installation, I noticed that one of my drawers was a bit stiff and contacted the office who arranged for John to return very promptly to fix it. I am thoroughly pleased with the final product, my closet looks beautiful, exactly as I had imagined! Thank you, Closet Factory, so glad I chose you over the 'other' company! :-)

I worked with Carrie on 4 different closets (entrance reach-in, guest bedroom/office walk-in, master bedroom reach-in and walk-in) and could not be happier with the end result. Some of the spaces are oddly shaped but it did not stop Carrie to design highly optimized closets that fulfilled all my requirements. The design process was a breeze, even though done through Zoom.

It took two days to install all closets and the installers were very professional. I highly recommend the Closet Factory.

My experience with Closet Factory was wonderful! I would highly recommend our design specialist, Robyn Marino, and Closet Factory. From our initial meeting and throughout the entire process, Robyn was extremely thorough in explaining all of our options, provided great advice and was extremely patient as I made several changes to our designs over the course of several weeks. She was very quick to reply back to any questions and I never felt any pressure to rush so she could "close a deal". Once we signed the contract, scheduling was a breeze. The install team arrived on time, were very professional and did an amazing job. I am so happy with my new closets!
