United Access was extremely helpful after I was rear ended which rendered the accessible portion of my van inaccessible. They took time out of their day, unplanned, to quickly ensure I could still transport my dad safely. Thank you SO much!

This is my new spot. I glad I got the unlimited washes. It's truly worth the price. Very nice place to show love to your vehicle.

Quick service. Kids working the line and the registers were all really nice. Vacuum and self-serve window cleaning are good also. I don't mind the price because I come often enough that it's a fair deal.

Great place if you love keeping your car clean. I have the monthly membership for $39.00. Free micro fiber rags to use, air freshener, leather conditioner, window cleaner, floor mat cleaner machine etc... A bunch more. I wish they had free air for your tires. Maybe they do but I haven't seen it

I purchased a full interior and full exterior detail for my mother as a Christmas gift. Leslie, Emely, Irvin, and Dave did an amazing job! My mother said "this is the best detailing I've ever had done!" Thank you so much.

Automatic car wash did a good job of a cleaning up a car long overdue for a wash. Soft brushes were excellent at removing grime from being parked under trees. $21 platinum wash included 2X wheel cleaner that did a good job removing brake dust from the wheels. Hand dry was included in the $21 price. Also, automatic wash moved cars through very quickly. Will definitely return.

I just received exceptional customer service with the United Access Mobility Fenton location. The Service Manager went out of his way to ensure that an issue my van was having was addressed quickly going above and beyond to ensure I could rely on my van. I would encourage anyone who needs an accessible vehicle or just needs maintenance to reach out to them. They understand their customers and have earned my loyalty
