I had the pleasure to work with Mariam Malik, Store Director for the Mayors Jacksonville store. I could tell from first minute that her customer service and hospitality would be second to none. I witnessed this through her communication skills and her ability to build a rapport with me in a very quick amount of time.

When purchasing a high profile watch, you need clear and constant communication on how the process is going and what to expect. I received every bit of that when I worked with Mariam. She was clear on next steps, her follow up was precise, and her delivery of my watch was flawless.

I’ve worked over the years with several employees in the watch/jewelry business. I feel though that Mariam’s knowledge and professionalism should be replicated in the Mayors culture.

If I was given the opportunity to work with someone closer to my home city, I would prefer to work with Mariam. She spent the time, she gained the trust, and she now has my loyalty. Thank you Mariam! I will be sending more colleagues your way!

Patricia is by far one of the best sales women out there. She takes care and goes above and beyond. She was able to get something for me that I was looking for, for a long time. She is diligent, thorough and sincere. Her manager is also amazing - Mariam, I had the pleasure to meet both of them and I Will be doing much more with them in the future!

I’ve been going to Mayors at the Towncenter for the last three years and from my first encounter with the Mayors team to my recent purchases this week, everyone has been consistently friendly, courteous, and very helpful. Their great service continues after the sale of the product and having their expertise readily available has been invaluable. The selection of fine jewelries and timepieces are second to none in the area and I highly recommend this store to anyone who’s looking to make a purchase or even just learn about the the different products they offer.

My search for a high end timepiece only began a week ago with a last minute visit to Mayors @ Town Center after having dinner nearby. Beth welcomed us & patiently walked me through the various brands (they had them all) and quickly pointed out the features & differences (size, finish, movement, depth rating, etc). I needed a few days to absorb all the information & admittedly referred back to their website multiple times. After a week passed & following another dinner, I decided to stop by one more time to review options. We had the pleasure of meeting Glenn whose deep experience in timepieces proved invaluable. He took a lot of time to point out the features of each watch & went into extraordinary detail on the intricacies of each device - knowledge that could have only been amassed through years in the industry. Needless to say. I made my purchase. Thanks to Beth & Glenn for their assistance - I would heartily recommend both of them.
