Andrew and the staff at the Pine Valley location were exceptionally professional, caring and well prepared when I made arrangements for my fathers service in January. My questions were anticipated and the entire process was smooth and quick. In addition, the funeral package was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this location

We were very pleased with Kayla's help in planning the details of my husband's funeral. We do not have any complaints, only cudos.

Several things fell through the cracks, however, for the funeral—the service could not be viewed. We were very satisfied with the man who directed us through the service though. Since then, Dignity has failed to respond to inquiries as to whether the headstone has been placed on our lot at the Riverview Cemetery. David Meisner with whom we worked has retired, and no one has really followed up with our calls. So I’ve been quite disappointed.

Laura met me as soon as I arrived, very pleasant person. She directed me to a Conference room and offered me beverages. Then she very quietly and professionally (not bum rushing) started to going over some options on planning the funeral. We ran into a legal problem, but she assured me that talking with the legal department we would be just fine, and we were. Through out the whole process Laura showed compassion and adjusted things that made it even better then my way. She checked with me and accommodated all my needs. I will highly recommend her to my friends and family. She truly took a very sad situation and made it pleasant for everyone involved.
