I am so happy with the service here at Allard Collision! The staff is super friendly and Jessica at the front desk was always on top of answering my calls. Usually I groan and roll my eyes when places say they'll call me back, but Trent was always timely and returned all of my calls with updates about my car. My insurance company was an absolute hassle with this accident, but Allard made the situation stress free on their side of things. I am in love with the results of my car! It looked brand new again! Not to mention, I called several places and Allard was able to get me in the fastest so I could get in my rental and start driving again. I can't thank Allard enough for their service and I hope I never have to return under these circumstances but if I do I will definitely go straight to Allard!

Fast work, good communication, quality service is that was up front on the process being delayed with Covid and supply chain but worked tirelessly to make it as fast as possible- defenently showed they don't just work on cars but work to prove they work with their customers in mind as they prove it with the utmost respect integrity and quality of customer care
