Best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Honest and informative. Did not try to sell me repairs or products I didn’t need. He even looked on the computer to see what had been done so that he didn’t duplicate a service that was due at this time. He provided information and allowed me to make the decision that worked best for me. The shop is impeccably clean and I will use his services as long as I drive a German vehicle!

Smooth, quick, and honest. I had a scheduled appointment for 10:00am and my car was taken back before my scheduled time and the work was completed right away. The owner is very honest and upfront. Great service all around. Even though they were busy, they immediately assessed my vehicle, ordered/replaced the starter motor, and had it back to me the next morning. Good communication throughout the process and provided photos of the work in progress. After taking my Volvo to several places in Austin, with no solution, they quickly knew what a possible fix would be. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back here for any future issues.
