This entire team is outstanding. This encounter occurred as a direct result of an emergency with my back. The Motive got me in on the very same day. Bravo. I received exceptional care from Kirstin, but have worked with Seth in the past, as well. This is a first rate outfit, and that is clear from the moment you step through the door. All questions answered, incredibly professional, no time wasted, and never handed off to “underlings in training.”I could tell Kirstin generally cared about my well being. My interactions with her and the front desk were warm and enjoyable. I was made aware up front that they did not take my form of insurance and was instructed on the process I could use for submitting a claim myself. The professionals I trust with my mental/emotional health for therapy don’t take insurance either. Interestingly enough, they are first rate outfits, too. I’m noticing a theme.

The Motive provides superior one-on-one physical therapy. Seth Peterson set-up a program to address my sciatica, which was at a pain level of "8" when we first met. He listened to my description of the symptoms and we reviewed my history of back ailments. He then initiated a plan which incorporated my treatment goals and his treatment experience. In short, the sciatica pain was reduced to nearly "0" after three months. What a relief!

Throughout the treatment sessions, Seth was professional, thorough, challenging, and caring. I heartily recommend the physical therapy provided by Seth Peterson and The Motive.

Needed therapy to address vertigo and dizziness as well as overall balance. Exceptional care and focus from Seth quickly put me back to my normal life. Still following his recommended exercises for balance a month after the therapy sessions. Lisa and Seth are just wonderful to work with. Will be calling on them for any future needs.

Seth is an excellent, caring therapist. He is fully present with you for the entire appointment. The office is pleasant and welcoming. Lisa is a joy to greet when you walk in the door and very helpful in working with your schedule. I highly recommend The Motive.
