Water Bionics

Water Bionics was referred by my friend who had been using for past one year with no issues. I think I made a right decision in choosing Water Bionics. They installed full house water softener along with RO under sink for drinking. I am pleasantly surprised their professional behavior and can-do attitude. Installation happened with out any issues and so far no issues. They also cleaned and covered sheet rock after the work, again the work was clean and to my satisfaction. I think Mark got an excellent team and a special thanks to Otto who is operations manager went beyond the limits in identifying the pipes under sheetrock and also helped in fixing the sheetrock after complete install. Thanks to Mark ,Otto and Ty. I definitely recommend these guys. Keep up the good work and professionalism and wish you good luck.

Huge shoutout to Mark Williams at Water Bionics!!!! My family recently had our new water softening system installed and we could immediately tell a difference in the quality of water upon installation.

We enjoy the taste of our water now, no longer have a need to purchase water bottles, knowing that it’s overall better for our appliances (won’t corrode), and using less laundry and dish soap.

Our main reason for upgrading our water system was to help my dry skin and my 9 month old son’s eczema. We searched for a solution for months, and after many failed attempts his pediatrician prescribed an antibiotic cream in order to clear up. His flare ups took some time to calm down even after we started using the antibiotics. Once our system was installed, my skin and Knox’s skin cleared up in less than a week. Fast forward one month later, we no longer need to use his prescription cream. Also, his diaper rash cleared up days later, and hasn’t been an issue since then.

Ladies, it’s the skin and hair improvement for me! My hair has been so incredibly soft. I’m finally getting my hair back after the good ole postpartum hair loss started a couple months ago. Less breakouts too! It’s a game changer.

If you’ve been thinking about getting one, do it!!! It’s the best home improvement investment we’ve made so far.

Water Bionics was a referral from a neighbor. I reached out and received a text asking that I call a number. It was a Sunday and Mark answered what appeared to be his personal phone. That says a lot. The communication was great and we scheduled an install within a day of the inquiry. The work that was done was clean. Install looks good. They cleaned up the mess associated with digging to access the main and it really looked like they were never there. R/O installation was clean as well. Highly recommend. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for!

Highly recommend Waterbionics for water softner system. The installation was smooth and cant beat their price! The filtered water is very enjoyable for drinking, showering and for every day use. Their service is very satisfactory. Mark and his team are quick in responding to calls/emails/messages. During this last winter storm, we had issues with water pipe freezing and Mark was able to provide expedited service.
