AT&T Store

Kerrec is an asset to AT&T. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything, was very patient, and has great attention to detail. Will definitely use him in the future for all my cellphone needs.

Kerrick is one of the best representatives for what great customer service should be. He was the only associate in the store and had about 7+ people all waiting and he acknowledged each person and gave each customer the total attention they needed. He is definitely an asset for this store.

Transferred over from Verizon. Better prices and better rates for military. There was only one person working this store when we came in and helped 4 people at once. His name was Kerrec and was very helpful with my transfer over to AT&T. He clearly went above and beyond his normal job.

I had lost my IPhone when I went to ATT to set up my replacement phone. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied and I left in a much better mood than when I went in. He gets five stars.
