Lake Country Storage is great to work with and made renting a storage unit extremely easy. Lake Country Storage was able to send all documents needed to be filled out and signed electronically. Communication with Lake Country Storage was just as easy. Someone always answered the phone. That person was very knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Any concerns I had with the unit were handled immediately. They always made sure to follow up with a phone call and an email. The storage unit was clean, well taken care of and secure.I was able to store my car with peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Lake Country Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

We have rented here a couple years and had to recently get another unit. The first time they were able to assist us quickly with getting a different size unit than we thought we needed - no issue. They explain the process well to start renting and how to get the lock setup. We like that the storage units are located near a police station and lighting is good.
