Pro: Great place and people! Very popular!

Con: Small place, gets too crowded, they get too busy and not enough workers. They need more workers!

There was a pretty long wait time (about 45 min) for a blood draw but it was at no fault of the staff. Seemed to be a busy day for them and when I returned the next day to drop something off it was much quieter and I was seen right away. Staff were friendly and efficient. The phlebotomist, Laura, was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable. I’m normally very nervous for blood draws and she made it quick and easy. She also seemed to do very well with the young child ahead of me. I would return to this location in the future.

I've been here many times for routine bloodwork. Bring our kids here too. I used to make appointments but I no longer bother -- in early mornings there is no wait.

The staff has always been very professional to me. Very fast check-in. Go back to the internal waiting room for just a few minutes (often go straight to a chair for the bloodletting). They take my blood. And I go.

In 5-6 years coming here I've never had any issues. Calling there beforehand to ensure that they've received my doctor's lab prescription (when I feel it is necessary) does entail a good 10-15 minutes of navigating their menus and being on hold, but when they do pop on the line they are friendly and fast.

And I always get our results online via their portal within 3 working days at the most, and usually sooner. Really glad we live near this location.

Mrs. Joyce was so wonderful when withdrawing blood from my child, had all the care and right words to calm him down from being afraid of the needle! she was really nice although they were busy she waited until my 7y/o was somewhat ready to get his work done.
