Vinny at the parts department is a spectacular parts specialist. He goes above and beyond to satisfy customers and help them find the parts they need even for custom projects. The department gets extremely busy and he manages to still respond by email and phone at a reasonable time. Give this man an award or parts manager. Great guy

Michael sold me a late model Ram truck and made the sales process seamless. I had a little hick-up the following week when the truck wouldn't start and it ended up being a bad battery. After an accident totaled our 2015 Highlander, we were glad to see Josh Steinmetz at Peterson, as he had been the salesman on that purchase. Josh had spent a lot of time with us, making sure we were happy with the 2015 Highlander. This time we went in knowing what we wanted, another Highlander. Josh was able to find us a vehicle fairly quickly and the sale went quickly and fairly painlessly. Then Josh spent over an hour helping me fine-tune the electronics and making sure I was familiar with all the safety features on the new vehicle.
I was very sad to lose my old vehicle but am happy with my new ride.
