Everything was amazing from check-in to the room and convenience of having amenities and all. The only issue was we had requested for the latest check-out and was told it was 12 noon.
We got a knock on the door at 11:20!!
Isn't there communication with housekeepers and front desks? The front desk person already made aware that there would be additional charges if we stayed pass the check-out time. Why did we have to experience this hard knock to remind us that we needed to check-out!
So I called the front desk to ask why we were disturbed before noon since we already made a confirmation that we were going to stay until 12 and the person responded, "OK".

Okay?? that's it? No apology for the disruption of our sleep!! just, "OK"? I was upset but didn't want to ruin the day with my husband. We packed up and just thanked the front desk and left.

So, our check-in was amazing and deserved the 5 stars but the check-out was not. Your facility had other rooms available if you wanted to KICK US OUT for your new tenants..we didn't need that treatment.

Out of all floors, the ice machine is located on the first floor.

The room was very clean and since it's an extended stay, had a kitchenette, fridge, and microwave which was nice even tho I didn't use it. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend!

Stayed here for about a month for work and it was exceptional. If you pay for the enhanced wifi the speeds are 100+mbs, perfect for gaming! Beds were soft, showers were good. Only complaint is the water pressure is too low. Front desk are amazing people!
