Fawn Lake Apartments

I am grateful the office has staff that know what they're doing. I have been here almost a year, and just renewed my lease. Any issue I have had, has been handled politely and in a very timely manner. I feel at home here, and my neighbors are nice.

Very kind people work here, they helped me get moved in with little to no problems. When I seen the place it was very clean, you can tell they try to keep their places in tip top shape. I’m very pleased with my place and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon!

I have lived here for going on my 3rd year. The school district is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property manager is one of the nicest landlords I have ever had in my renting history. Our rent has gone up since I first moved in, however I understand that any financial changes are made by the owners and NOT the property mgr.....she just has to enforce the changes. She is very understanding and will work with you if possible, and she does her best to continually improve and beautify the property. I personally don't have any complaints with her, and I feel like unless the complaint has to do with maintenance time frames (large property with small amt of grounds people) any complaints you see for this property are most likely due to their own attitude towards life. Great place to live!!!!!
