So thankful for new management!! Ms. Jonnel and Ms. Cassie are an amazing team....always there when we need and such a fun duo. Thanks to all of the hard work going into our community, it's a really great place to live!!

This place has a very welcoming community. The new management team is quick to respond to calls and/or emails and is efficient in finding solutions to questions or problems. The application and lease transfer processes are so simple that I found it to be stress free.
The apartments themselves are pretty spacious and have a nice layout, plus the staff has been adding subtle renovations to each apartment and the complex.
The place feels tucked away from the city with all of the trees surrounding the property, yet is only a few minutes away from many restaurants, stores, and parks. For how affordable the apartments are, It’s easy to create a home here.

I contacted The Woods of Turpin researching a home for my out-of-town daughter. I spoke with Starr Blaisedale and she provided me with excellent information on her experiences living there. One of the things that concern me is safety for a person living alone. She encouraged me to make an appointment and visit the property for a tour. The property manager, Matthew Brown, met me in the office and provided me rental and lease information. Starr showed me the property and one of the rental units. She was enthusiastic about planned improvements to some of the apartments and was greeted by many of the tenants that we saw during the tour. It seems like a safe and comfortable place to live and I will recommend it to my daughter.

What a beautiful place to live! Neighborhood is a great place for kids and pets. There's a lovely little stream to splash around in on hot days. A special THANK YOU to the property manager, Matthew Brown as well as the leasing consultant, Starr Blaisedale! Both super nice and quite attractive, they were also incredibly helpful and made the whole experience just so much more. 💜 Thank you to all on the staff and crew. You guys rock!
