AT&T Store

I had a great experience with this store and it’s team. My phone kicked it and I needed a quick fix in order to resume my work for the day. Not only was I able to get a new phone in my price range, but was even offered a sweet upgrade. Thanks to guys the guys who got me back up and running in double time!

MOE is the best customer service person. He knows his stuff and taught me a few things and got me the best deal I could get! Waiting on my new phone to come in!

Deon is an excellent manager. He is humble, generous, attentive to the needs of customers and very professional. I enjoyed my recent interaction with him. Thank you Deon for being such an awesome person.

Dion at the Steinway/Astoria ATT store was excellent. He found every possible deal for me for my upgrade. I had been to the store previously looking for an new phone but was having difficulty erasing my old phone for return to the insurer due to an unresponsive screen. He figured that out too. So I came back for the new phone. I ended up buying a few extras including changing my cable plan because of his knowledge and patience.

Moe also assisted me and was excellent as well. He helped me sync my new Apple Watch and transfer data from the old phone to the new phone. He made sure that when I left everything was usable.
