(January 17, 2022, 12:00 am)I have been going to this store for years, and in all my years of being alive I have never met such a nice young man! The tall white gentleman with a beard and long hair who works nights on Saturdays makes me smile and leave feeling better than I was walking in EVERYTIME! I’m not sure what kind of pay he gets but it should be more! I will definitely keep returning back to this clean and organized store

(October 23, 2021, 8:19 pm)I have always had nothing but good experiences with this BP location. Extremely friendly service. Clean well kept station. Tonight I returned for a small dispute. Wanted to make an exchange for a charger I bought. The store doesn't accept returns which is understandable. I thought this could possibly be resolved if I spoke to the manager of the location. The clerk refused to give me a name or contact information for a supervisor. The clerk then lied and said he didn't know who the manager was. I threw a hissy fit. For that I am sorry. Although I thought this was completely unprofessional. I can't ask for contact information or name of a supervisor? I was thinking it was just common courtesy and would hope it was their business practice that just wasn't followed in this one instance. I am still giving this location 5 stars. It's deserved it.
