I went there upon recommendation of a friend who had recently been there for dental care. My teeth are in really bad shape due to my anxiety over dental offices and now is past the point that I can no longer avoid going. The staff there, from the time I walked in the front door to the time I walked out that same door, were helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The receptionist greeted every single person that walked in no matter what she was in the middle of doing. The staff in the back were friendly, accommodating to my anxiety, and I didn’t feel automatically judged by my appearance. They allowed my significant other to accompany me the entire time, which really helped ease my anxiety. The Dentist was attentive, friendly, informative, honest with when explaining what needed to be done, what had to be done, and various options available to me. He even made sure all our questions were answered and we understood everything thoroughly, very good bedside manner. On the way out the receptionist addressed me by name and thanked me for coming in and welcomed me back it was very nice to hear as I was leaving. I’m glad my friend recommended me there and that they will be my new dental care team.

The entire staff was amazing on both of my visits. Today I had to have a root canal on my left front tooth and I was so scared. Well it went fantastic! The dentist was so gentle and kind I was so thankful! The dental assistant was charming and sweet and was so sweet with me. So from the minute I arrived until I left my care was absolutely fantastic.
I will forever use Comfort Dental Bonney Lake!

I was nervous about coming here because of some of the reviews and because sometimes places that accept Medicaid have poorer reputations. There was no basis for my worries though. Both assistants that worked with me were very friendly and everything was very clean and sanitized. The equipment seemed new, and the dentist was very nice. Everyone was gentle and my teeth feel great. Full mouth of X-rays, cleaning and fluoride, no cavities or upselling. Great experience, would recommend!

The dentist I see (I think Chamberlain) is super nice and makes me feel comfortable while I get my work done. I'm super afraid of the dentist but will go here because of how he is and the assistant I last saw on Tuesday. She was also very nice and caring. Front staff is also nice and helpful. One lady needed to make a call the next day to see if my insurance covers a partial, and she made sure to still give me a call. Amazing dental practice.
