Corey Casanova was a true professional! Amazing service from start to finish. My Fiancé and I learned a lot from him as we walked around while he was pointing out different entry points and treating our property! I strongly recommend Fox and their staff!

Fox Pest is so responsive! I called yesterday to schedule a follow up appointment for a rodent issue and Corey stopped by today right on time. He was super professional, knowledgeable and friendly and helped exclude the rodent issue. 10/10 recommend Fox Pest services.

Corey just came out to make sure things were going well, and we mentioned a few minor problem areas- a few box elder bugs on the porch, and a few stinkbugs in our bathroom. He was very warm and friendly, and treated those areas right away. Very fast and very professional.
(Totally unrelated, but added bonus for saying hi to our crazy dogs outside- the highlight of my dogs' day, for sure!)

We purchased our contract yesterday. David arrived today and went right to work. He even reached our upstairs windows which no one has been able to do before. He announced his arrival and discussed the service he was to perform and give me the opportunity to ask questions or discuss concerns. We have some newly planted grass which we are protecting until it takes hold. He knew this as we had discussed it with the salesman yesterday. I am impressed that customer concerns/special needs are known before they arrive. After David performed the service he again gave me the opportunity to ask questions. He wanted to be sure I was happy with his work. He told me if something comes up before the next scheduled service they will come out right away to take care of it. First service...perfect!
