SJ was great, he took the time to explain and show me everything to ensure that I had everything I needed and was up and working before they departed. Highly recommend!

Amazing services! Technician SJ is professional and efficient with his work. The services are reasonably priced.

And even after installation I found him to be helpful with making sure my equipment functions properly.

One day, I needed someone to fix camera, which was no working due to unintentionally caused by me. During this time I was stressed and not as easygoing but SJ handled the situation with professionalism and great customer service, which ultimately turned my frown into a smile. I'd definitely recommend AWS smart home!

I absolutely love AWS Smart Home! SJ is always professional, on time, and very knowledgeable about the equipment and devices used. AWS has serviced my home several times (installed security cameras, alarm system, glass break detector, etc) and I am never disappointed. Would highly recommend!
