Frank has helped me learn essential tools and methods to deal with obstacles in life. He is both objective and empathetic in his counseling, while also accounting for my independent thoughts and life experiences. Mr. Randall is an excellent and timely communicator. I’ve never had a problem scheduling any of my appointments, and he returns voicemail!!
