One of the best looking McDonald's I've seen. Very comfortable!

The drive line was so packed because a Volvo wagon was ordering like it was his first time doing so. So I walked in. I wanted an ice cream cone,they did it and it was cool; things went okay. It's not a 5 because that line was too long and because once inside, the employees were good but they weren't happy and you know we expect that out of a McDonald's- right?happy meals, the whole business. it's a happy place. at least that's what they used to tell me when I grew up. I know it's asking a lot, but I think it's asking a lot that people still go there the way that they do after all these years and it's because McDonald's is an icon. and you know it stands for something. it's not just food. And one of those things is happiness inside of there. And the staff- don't take anything away from them cuz they got me everything just fine - but dude they did not have smiles on their faces. Poor McDonald's, held to an unrealistically high standard. I'm not joking - I feel for them because it's real and I expect it. Put bill Burr in charge of customer service.

As the previous reviews mention, this was also my first time visiting the office and I had an amazing experience. I was greeted by the receptionist and given the paperwork immediately to fill out, asked and answered any questions I had. Did not wait long and was taken back with more greetings and smiles (even through the mask) lol.

Again as was previously mention, Dr Barrett seemed rushed but I can imagine if you have a lot of patients that you don’t have time to talk, but again, he was very helpful, open, honest and answered all my questions. When I was taken back to the front because I also had a cleaning scheduled, I spoke with the financial manager and she was also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had.

All the way up to the cleaning, which was also wonderful, till I walked out the door I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend this office for your dentistry needs.

Thank you Dr. Barrett and your wonderful staff for an awesome time at the dentist. I’m sure you don’t hear that often. Lol

Incredible Dr and wonderful staff!

Very friendly, helpful and professional. I moved to the Reidsville area from PA and googled several different Dentists that work with my insurance company and Dr Barrett was the top rated Dentist and I can understand why. Right from the receptionist to the hygenist and then the doctor himself.....everyone was awesome !!!! I appreciate the reviews as this certainly guided me to the right Dentist and awesome staff !!!!

I had an excellent experience on my first dental visit in many years. All the employees, from front desk to nurse to dentist, were extremely professional and answered every question I had thoroughly. They actually explained the procedures and were thorough. Based upon this experience, I would highly recommend this office. My only "complaint" is that the dentist himself did seem as if he was in a hurry, but considering he did take the time to answer all my questions, I can't fault him for that. Ultimately, this was a great visit from start to finish and I look forward to returning.

I chose Dr. Barrett for my husband because he was in our dental network. At the time he had a 2.8 Google review so I was a bit nervous about the level of care my husband was going to receive. We just left there office and I can say that this office was GREAT. We were greeted immediately. We did not wait long to be seen. The customer service we received was AMAZING. When ever I call, someone answers the phone. I also took note that some of their patients they knew by name as they walked in the door. I appreciate the time they took to talk to me about my husbands conditions, and to give a referral to someone they believed would be a better option for my husbands specialty need. When I called the referral dentist, they were expecting my call because Dr. Barrett's office had already called. I do plan on returning to see this dental practice for our family needs. This was a 5 star treatment at its very best.
