Doctor James is amazing. I felt like he listened to my chief complaint; he answered all my questions and concerns pre and post surgery. His office staff are wonderful. I was surprised how smooth it went when they said they will verify everything with insurance and making sure, all info are well communicated before I agreed to the surgery. Dr. James has great bedside manners. Great ENT MD. I would definitely recommend Dr. James and his office. To Dr. James, thank you again for saving my ears =)

Our Son has been suffering from severe allergies for years and since seeing Dr. James he has been much better with oral therapy drops. He had a severe sinus infection and urgent care would not provide any antibiotics, they suggested he go see and allergist which we already had Dr.James. Our son is 11 and doing much better now with the help of Dr. James and staff.

Dr. James was so good with my kids. Making them feel comfortable and answering all their questions so patiently. He had them laughing and giggling which was wonderful as it significantly reduced their anxiety from being at the doctors office. We would definitely recommend Dr. James to our friends and family.

Dr. James is very kind and personable when answering questions I have during appointments. He is very knowledgeable and reliable as a doctor. He recently did surgery and it went extremely well and I would get phone calls from the office in the following days asking how I am doing. Dr. James was quick to respond to any concerns I had throughout the week. I highly recommend making an appointment with Dr. James.

Dr. James, and his staff, were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was polite, courteous and easy to talk to. Dr. James is thorough, thoughtful and cares about finding a solution, as much as I do. That is the number one priority for me, and he listened. I cannot thank him enough for putting together a thoughtful plan where I know what to expect and when and how to follow-up. Highly recommend
